Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with PWL and More! We appreciate your business and strive to carefully prepare each order before shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 7–10 business days.
Custom, personalized, or handmade items may require additional processing time depending on order volume and product availability.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available).
PWL and More is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying any additional shipping costs to have the package reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been turned over to the shipping carrier, PWL and More is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly provide any documentation needed to assist with the claim.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Customized or personalized products
Sublimated products
Tumblers
Jewelry
Handbags
Clearance or sale items
Any item that has been used, worn, washed, or altered

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Exceptions

In rare circumstances, PWL and More may approve a return or refund at our sole discretion, such as if you receive the wrong item or an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.

If a return is approved:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the item and the shipping packaging.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in the claim being denied.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or processing begins.

Once production has started on a custom or personalized item, the order cannot be canceled.

Product Information

Many of our products are handmade or created using sublimation. Slight variations in color, design placement, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor and mobile device display settings.

Holiday & High-Volume Orders

During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may exceed 7–10 business days. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any significant delays.
